Pierre Robert Webshop is operated by Orkla Trading AB (Corporate ID No. 559104-9696).

If you are under 18 years of age, you need your guardian's permission to order from us.

We make reservations for any typing errors and color deviations in products presented at Pierre Robert webshop. We are however working to ensure that our pictures are as representative as possible for the actual garment. Nor can we guarantee that all pictures reproduce the actual appearance of the products.

All products remain Pierre Robert's property until the company has received full payment for them.

Any attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Pierre Robert reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicions of fraud.

 

PRICES

All prices in Pierre Robert Webshop are inclusive of Finnish 24% VAT. We make reservations for any price adjustments and price errors.

Offers are valid as long as supplies last and within the period stated in our marketing information.

Discount codes are only valid for ordinary prices and not on already discounted prices if not otherwise is informed. Some discount codes are personal. We reserve the right to deactivate discount codes and terminate sales and if we suspect fraud. You can in general only use one discount code per order.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

By approving Pierre Robert's Terms and Conditions of Purchase and sending your order, you enter into a binding agreement with Pierre Robert. When an order is accepted, an order confirmation is sent automatically by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. This order confirmation also works like a warranty certificate upon full payment. We make reservations for any delivery deviations in those cases where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order. When we are unable to deliver in accordance with the order confirmation, we will cancel your order and an email will be sent to you notifying you about the cancellation.

The products are normally picked on the next ordinary business day of the order placement. If the order is placed before 13.00 the order will be picked on the same day. More information is available in Section 5 Deliveries.

 

PAYMENT

All payments in our webshop are made via Klarna Checkout.

If you have used any of Klarna’s payment options before you will only have to enter your email and postal code/ZIP to complete the purchase. All available payments options will then be presented.

If you have not used Klarna earlier, you will be asked to enter your PNO/Personal identification number. Klarna will then perform a credit check, and will based on this check present the available payment options.

If you do not wish to enter your PNO, you can click the link “I do not wish to enter my PNO”. You will then be presented with Direct Payment options.

Klarna offers the following payment methods:

  • Debit/credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
  • Direct Banking
  • Klarna Invoice. When choosing this payment option you will receive an invoice by email when the order is sent from us. The invoice is due within 14 days. This method is free of charge.
  • Klarna Account. When choosing this payment option you pay a fixed instalment per month. You then pay a fixed fee in addition to the monthly instalment.

DELIVERY

Shipping alternatives, rates and delivery time

We offer two delivery alternatives:

  • Standard delivery
    • Delivery time is one - three days
    • Shipping rate is EUR 5,90. Free shipping for orders over 60 EUR.
    • Parcels small enough to fit in your mailbox will be delivered directly to your requested delivery address. Large parcels will be delivered to a post distribution center close to you, and our delivery partner will notify you once your parcel is ready to be picked up. Please bring valid ID and your delivery notice the pick-up point.
  • DHL Express
    • Delivery time is one day
    • Shipping rate is EUR 9,90

Pierre Robert is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that the product is damaged or gets lost during transportation from our warehouse to you. It is, in turn, you who bears the risk when you return a product to us.

 

Delivery confirmation

Once your order has been packed for shipping, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail.

Unclaimed shipments

Pierre Robert charges EUR 30 per unclaimed package to cover our costs. Read more about Right of Withdrawal/Returns in our Terms and Conditions of Purchase in section 6.

 

RETURNS

At Pierre Robert, we are not satisfied until you are. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our webshop, you can send it back within 30 days (from initial order date).

We will refund the money upon receiving the returned order. 

We charge a return cost of EUR 3,90 to cover shipping and handling costs. For complaints, Pierre Robert will cover the return cost.

Please use our ready-printed and pre-paid return address label included in your package, for easy and safe returns.

You are entitled to return your product/s provided that:

  • The products are unused and unwashed. However, you are naturally allowed to try on the product to see if it fits.
  • The products must be in the same state and quantity as when you got them.
  • Hang tags, if any, may not be removed from the garments, and the original packaging must also be returned.
  • For hygiene purposes, you can only return underwear (i.e panties and boxers) if the package is sealed.

It is not possible to change the product(s). Please place a new order if you want to change colour, sizes etc.

All returns, replacement, and complaints are subject to Pierre Robert's approval. If the conditions are not met, we can unfortunately not accept your return. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund amount due to loss of value, if you have used or damaged the product or packaging (this includes removing labels or similar from the original product).

Instructions for return
  • Put the items back in the cartoon you received from us, or equivalent packaging.
  • Mark the items you are returning in the form below and state code for return reason.
  • Attach the pre-printed return address label included in your order and deliver at your nearest post office.

 

COMPLAINTS

At Pierre Robert, we are not satisfied until you are satisfied. We guarantee that the products you have ordered are free from defects upon delivery. Still, if you get a defective or wrongly delivered product, please return the product as soon as possible and no later than within 60 days. Pierre Robert covers shipping costs for faulty deliveries and complaints. All complaints are subject to Pierre Robert's approval. Pierre Robert's own freight documents must always be used for complaints. If you do not have the documents that came with the order, you can contact our Customer Service at customerservice@pierre-robert.com or + 46 (0) 771 – 17 75 75.

Repayment in Connection with Complaint

Refunds due to product complaints are subject to approval by Pierre Robert. The products purchase price and any shipping charges are normally returned to the customer's account within 5 to 10 bank business days.

 

DAMAGED GOODS and MISSING PACKAGES

Damaged Goods

If the products are damaged on receipt, you must report this immediately to the postal representative (distribution center or driver for home packages). This applies if the external package is damaged, regardless of whether you can decide whether the product is damaged or not. You as a customer are under no obligation to accept damaged goods.

If it is a matter of concealed damages, these must be reported within seven working days of receipt. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@pierre-robert.com or + 46 (0) 771 – 17 75 75 and explain the damage. Always save the original packaging and photograph the product in the event of damage which has not been noticed by the distribution center or driver upon handover.

Missing Packages

If there is a package missing from your delivery, you must report this immediately to the postal representative (distribution center or driver for home packages).

 

SECURITY

Secure Pages

Pages involving the transfer of sensitive information, payments, and personal data are so-called secure pages. You as a customer can check whether the website you are visiting is secure in the URL. URLs ordinarily start with http://, but on secure pages, they start instead with https:// where “s” stands for “secure”.

Cookies

We use cookies to facilitate your visit to Pierre Robert Online Store; for example, to keep track of your products in your shopping basket. Pierre Robert does not use cookies to store any personal information about you. If you do not want to accept cookies, your web browser can be set to automatically deny access to storage of cookies or to inform you every time a website requests to save a cookie.

Personal Data

In order to be able to order products at Pierre Robert Online, you must register as a customer by opening a user account. When you create this account, we ask for certain information, including your e-mail address. To be able to carry out a purchase and deliver the products, we will also request all information that is required for delivery.

Your personal data is collected so that we can provide the services you have requested, e.g., we use your e-mail address to send service-related messages. An order completed at Pierre Robert Online Store means that you approve our General Terms and Conditions and give your consent to the registration of your personal data and address in our customer register.

Pierre Robert is responsible for the processing of the personal data you as a customer submit to us. None of this information is submitted to third parties, but is used only by Pierre Robert. You are entitled to request information about the personal data processed about you in our customer register once per calendar year. FORCE MAJEURE

Pierre Robert is exempt from any consequences for a failure to meet a certain obligation pursuant to this Agreement if the failure is based on an exempting circumstance in accordance with the below, and the circumstance prevents, hampers, or delays the performance of the obligation. Exempting circumstances include, for example, acts and omissions of regulatory authorities, new or amended legislation, industrial action, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or large-scale accident, or any other type of natural disaster. The reservation with regard, for example, to an industrial action or blockade applies even if Pierre Robert is subject to or engages in such an industrial action itself. In the latter case, Pierre Robert is not obliged to compensate for damages which would have come to being if Pierre Robert had demonstrated prudence. Pierre Robert is not responsible in any case for any indirect damages. Force majeure circumstances also include regulatory decisions with a negative effect on the market and products; for example, decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc., or an abnormal economic downturn, as well if the company has been exposed to criminal activity affecting the operations.

 

DISPUTES

Any disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled according to Swedish law by a Swedish court of law.
