At Pierre Robert, we are not satisfied until you are. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our webshop, you can send it back within 30 days (from initial order date).

We will refund the money upon receiving the returned order. 

We charge a return cost of EUR 5,90 to cover shipping and handling costs. For complaints, Pierre Robert will cover the return cost.

Please use our ready-printed and pre-paid return address label included in your package, for easy and safe returns.

You are entitled to return your product/s provided that:

  • The products are unused and unwashed. However, you are naturally allowed to try on the product to see if it fits.
  • The products must be in the same state and quantity as when you got them.
  • Hang tags, if any, may not be removed from the garments, and the original packaging must also be returned. 
  • For hygiene purposes, you can only return underwear (i.e panties and boxers) if the package is sealed.

It is not possible to change the product(s). Please place a new order if you want to change colour, sizes etc.

All returns, replacement, and complaints are subject to Pierre Robert's approval. If the conditions are not met, we can unfortunately not accept your return. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund amount due to loss of value, if you have used or damaged the product or packaging (this includes removing labels or similar from the original product).

 

This is how you do it:

  • Put the items back in the cartoon/bag you received from us, or equivalent packaging.
  • Mark the items you are returning in the form below and state code for return reason (see code on the return note).
  • Enclose the return note in the package.
  • Attach the pre-printed return address label included in your order and deliver at your nearest post office

 

COMPLAINTS

At Pierre Robert, we are not satisfied until you are satisfied. We guarantee that the products you have ordered are free from defects upon delivery. Still, if you get a defective or wrongly delivered product, please return the product as soon as possible and no later than within 60 days. Pierre Robert covers shipping costs for faulty deliveries and complaints. All complaints are subject to Pierre Robert's approval. Pierre Robert's own freight documents must always be used for complaints. If you do not have the documents that came with the order, you can contact our Customer Service at customerservice@pierre-robert.com or + 46 (0) 771 – 17 75 75.

Repayment in Connection with Complaint

Refunds due to product complaints are subject to approval by Pierre Robert. The products purchase price and any shipping charges are normally returned to the customer's account within 5 to 10 bank business days.
