01.Where do we ship?

We deliver to Norway, Sweden and Finland.

02. How long does standard delivery take?

Standard orders should be delivered within 1-3 business days following order confirmation. Please allow a longer delivery during sale.

03.What are shipping and handling costs?

We offer free shipping of all standard orders of 60 €, regardless of the size and weight of the package. For standard orders under 60€ there is a shipping fee of 5,9€.

04. For how long can I return my order?

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Pierre Robert will refund the money upon receiving the returned products. We require that the returned products are not damaged or worn, and that all tags are attached.

05. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

We will refund your money once we have received the item(s) in our warehouse. This process usually takes 5-10 business days.

06. If I return all the items in my order will I still be charged for delivery?

If any of the items we deliver are damaged or incorrect, we will refund the delivery charge. If you change your mind about wanting to keep them, you may return them free of charge, but we will not refund the original delivery charge.

07. What delivery options do I have?

We offer two delivery alternatives

  • Standard delivery

Delivery time is one - three days.

Shipping rate is EUR 5,90. Free shipping for orders over 60 EUR.

Parcels small enough to fit in your mailbox will be delivered directly to your requested delivery address. Large parcels will be delivered to a post distribution center close to you, and our delivery partner will notify you once your parcel is ready to be picked up. Please bring valid ID and your delivery notice the pick-up point.

  • DHL Express

Delivery time is one day.

Shipping rate is EUR 9,90

08. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another credit card.

09. Do I get charged for delivery of each item I order?

The delivery cost is charged per order, not per item. The delivery cost doesn't depend on how many items you buy, as long as they are placed in the same order.

11. Do you offer gift cards?

No, unfortunately we don't offer gift cards. However, if you are the recipient of a gift from our website, you may return it within 30 days, using our free return option.
